Roger Lundy has helped clients buy, sell, and build homes since 1990, bringing experienced negotiation, creative marketing, and a personal approach to every move. He believes real estate should be easy to understand—and that a little humor can make the experience more enjoyable.
Roger’s enthusiasm for real estate began long before his career. As a child, he built neighborhoods out of cardboard and LEGO® bricks, created imaginary real estate offices, and drove pretend clients around in Matchbox® cars. Years later, he told his first broker, “It’s all I have ever wanted to do.” That lifelong passion continues to shape the care and energy he brings to his clients.
Beyond his work with buyers and sellers, Roger has dedicated many years to serving the real estate profession. He served as president of the MIBOR REALTOR® Association in 2016 and the Indiana Association of REALTORS® in 2021. His honors include MIBOR’s 2023 Distinguished Service Award and recognition as Indiana CRS of the Year in 2024.
